Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Log into your Radioddity account or visit our Support Center to submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Technical Review

  Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and, if necessary, provide troubleshooting steps to resolve any technical issues before proceeding with the return.

  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging including all antennas, batteries, and manuals, then attach the provided RMA label to the outside of the box.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned hardware for original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
